Cred c\u0103 doar un scop, bine definit \u00een timp, \u00ee\u021bi asigur\u0103 o cre\u0219tere stabil\u0103, dar \u0219i \u00ee\u021bi face cur\u0103\u021benie prin antrenamente. Acest an a \u00eenceput cu un traseu de 130 de km, alergat f\u0103r\u0103 o prea mare preg\u0103tire pe parcursul iernii, dup\u0103 care a urmat planarea pe deasupra abandonului la Transylvania 100k, dup\u0103 care alte c\u00e2teva trasee mai lungu\u0219oare, inclusiv un abandon la Marathon 7500, la dou\u0103 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni dup\u0103 o alergare, de 90 de km, excep\u021bional de pl\u0103cut\u0103, pe Mont Blanc. Undeva prin preajma Surucenilor \u0219i, tradi\u021bional, ca o nou\u0103 \u021bint\u0103 irealizabil\u0103. \u00cens\u0103, for\u021bele supreme \u0219i de aceast\u0103 dat\u0103 au decis s\u0103-mi ofere lec\u021bia, \u00een speran\u021ba, c\u0103 poate o a\u0219a distan\u021b\u0103 \u00eemi va face cur\u0103\u021benie prin minte \u0219i m\u0103 va \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba s\u0103 alerg cu cap, dar nu doar cu picioarele.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen mare parte, mari prostii p\u00e2n\u0103 la UTMB nu am f\u0103cut. P\u00e2n\u0103 \u0219i dup\u0103 7500 am f\u0103cut volume, de peste 100 km pe s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103, am b\u0103gat acumul\u0103ri, 500-700 metri per alergare, am mai luat ni\u0219te suplimente, posibil mai mult pentru con\u0219tiin\u021b\u0103 dec\u00e2t pentru corp, dar oricum. Nu am reu\u0219it s\u0103 evit vinul, din cauza unor zile de na\u0219tere, unde e greu s\u0103 \u021bii piept ur\u0103rilor de s\u0103n\u0103tate \u0219i prosperitate. Mai multe zile petrecute \u00eempreun\u0103 cu o echip\u0103 de buni prieteni din Rom\u00e2nia, nu mi-au ad\u0103ugat procente la magie, \u00een schimb mi-au ad\u0103ugat puncte la karm\u0103. Deci, strategia, dac\u0103 poate fi numit\u0103 a\u0219a, a fost s\u0103-mi car cu mine toate alimentele \u0219i s\u0103 pun accent pe geluri mai mult dec\u00e2t oferta punctelor de alimentare. Geluri SIS, care sunt un combustibil rapid, cu o eficien\u021b\u0103 maxim\u0103 \u0219i pe care le pot consuma cu tonele, f\u0103r\u0103 ca stomacul s\u0103 fac\u0103 mofturi. \u00cen plus, magazinul 21K a adus la Chi\u0219in\u0103u vreo 20 de feluri de geluri pentru orice gust, de la caramel\u0103 s\u0103rat\u0103, p\u00e2n\u0103 la ment\u0103 cu lime. Planul a fost unul pe or\u0103, iar la patru urc\u0103ri, de peste 1000-2000 metri acumulare \u0219i la juma de or\u0103. \u00cen loc de ap\u0103 Isotonic de la SIS. \u00cen calitate de \u0219uturi c\u00e2teva shot-uri tot de la SIS.<br \/>\nCe \u021bine de echipament, am trecut printr-o situa\u021bie mai delicat\u0103. La \u00eenregistrare m-am pornit cu Salomon S-Lab Hybrid Jacket, ultimul r\u0103cnet al tehnologiilor cosmice. Dup\u0103 baia de mul\u021bime, cu clopo\u021bei \u0219i ale, ale, ale, \u00eencepe veselia cursei. Ale-ale-ale s-a cam transformat pe acest segment \u00een v\u0103leu-v\u0103leu-v\u0103leu! La altitudinile de peste 2400 de metri, \u00eencep temperaturile negative. Hainele ude trosnesc zurliu \u00een ritm cu din\u021bii. Singura salvare &#8211; dou\u0103 perechi de m\u0103nu\u0219i.
